TriCircle Pavers requires at least 10 ft of clear access for pallet placement.
The materials shall be inspected upon delivery. Failure to inspect and notify TCP in writing of any rejection within three (3) days of receipt shall constitute a waiver of the Buyer’s right to inspect and shall be deemed an irrevocable and final acceptance of the materials. TCP shall not be liable for any property damage occurring beyond curbside delivery, regardless of use of any TCP equipment or personnel.
